+ We really liked the view, the villa is modern and spacious. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it is bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The pool is very large, clean and luxurious, the view from it at sunset is stunning. There are three bedrooms, each with a toilet and shower + one regular bathroom. Erez and his son are very attentive and constantly trying to help, they brought us milk and eggs for the morning because we arrived very late at night.
– The climb up the mountain on which the villa is located is difficult, even if you get used to it. The road is not paved, but that’s something that exists in every Sivota. (I understand that the road is going to be paved in the winter). The location of the villa relative to sunrise is problematic. In the morning it is already very hot and there is no shade, and in contrast, by three in the afternoon the sun is already on the other side and there is not a drop of sun in the pool, which can be annoying.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Sivota Bay, Lefkada. We’re a family of five (two adults and three children aged 12, 10, and 6), and the villa was ideal.
It’s modern and contemporary, very clean, and well equipped. The pool was an amazing, along with the spacious outdoor area perfect for barbecues and evening meals.
All rooms look out over the pool, and the bright, open interior made it feel fresh and welcoming.
The sunrise views from the terrace and pool were unforgettable.
The villa is just a 10-minute drive from Sivota Bay with its restaurants and mini market and also close to beautiful coves and beaches.
It’s located up a winding road, so we recommend hiring a 4×4. Erez, the villa manager, kindly met us in the bay on arrival so we could follow him up – a huge help.
Both Erez and the host, Rina, were incredibly friendly and responsive. We also took a short boat trip to Meganisi, only 15 minutes away, highly recommended! We would definitely return.

The most amazing views from the patio and pool made this a very relaxing break.
The road up to the villa is mainly dirt track (it takes 10-15 mins to drive) so definitely need a car.
The harbour at Sivota is bustling and has several good restaurants (Sivota Bakery for brunch, Stavros taverna up in balcony great views). We also drove 45 minutes to see sunset on the west coast at FlyMe Bar – an amazing place ✨

This is a fantastic luxury villa, the views are spectacular and the pool is amazing! Very clean and tidy and has everything you could need.
Rina gave us a lot of information and local recommendations.
Just to be aware the drive from Sivota is very steep and bumpy! The local tavernas are stunning.

We really enjoyed our vacation at villa ECO Luxe. First of all we would like to note the wonderful project, thought out to the smallest detail.
The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, everything we needed was available and more.
The heated swimming pool was a special treat that we enjoyed.
And of course the views from the terrace left none of us indifferent.

Stunning villa with the most amazing views of Sivota Bay – Our host Erez was amazing from start to finish with excellent communication making the process very relaxed for our family.
The villa is exactly as the pictures show with all contemporary fixtures and fittings and great air conditioning , the pool area is huge with a great space for all the sun loungers and large outdoor dining table all with absolutely breathtaking views.
Thanks Erez for a fantastic stay and we will be back

The villa is everything you could wish for to spend a dream vacation in Lefkada. We were initially a bit worried about the road from the bay (Syvota Bay) to the location, as it posed a challenge for one of our low-clearance cars. However, we got used to it, and the time spent on that access road was worth it. The villa is secluded, offering privacy and allowing you either to listen to the cicadas in perfect silence while enjoying spectacular sunrises or to relish the time spent with friends in a warm atmosphere, with great music (excellent audio system) over a cocktail or a barbecue, for which you only need to bring your favorite products. The pool is wonderful, large enough for splashing around and safe for both swimmers and those who just want to cool off. The villa has a spacious living room with enough space for 7 people (as we were), 3 large bedrooms with big, comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms with very clean and modern walk-in showers. We also found the additional bathroom very helpful for our little girl. Moreover, the villa is equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron and ironing board, as well as beach and pool accessories, including towels for the loungers. Thank you to the hosts for ensuring we had the perfect comfort for a dream vacation in Lefkada. We will happily return.
There were a few aspects that could be improved, I will mention them just to help the host not as a criticism. Among these: in the last 3 days, the pool water was a bit blurry. We understand that a minor intervention was needed to fix this, but we did not coordinate this with the host. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a hairdryer in each bathroom and perhaps more hygiene products (possibly additional to the complimentary ones, available for an extra cost if needed).

Review for Our Stay at the Villa ECO Luxe. We recently had the pleasure of renting a house overlooking the stunning Sivota bay for a couple of days, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
View and Location: The house offers a breathtaking view of Sivota bay, which can be enjoyed from every living space, thanks to the sliding glass doors that make up the entire front of the house. Waking up to such a scene every morning was truly magical. Amenities: The house is equipped with full, top-quality amenities. From a coffee machine to a washing-drying machine combo, all necessary electric appliances were available, making our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. It even features an Xbox connected to the large Smart TV. The interior design is minimalistic yet features top-quality furniture, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Pool: The large heated pool was a highlight of our stay. It made swimming a delightful experience, even with the cooler spring temperatures.
Hospitality: The hospitality of the owner was outstanding. Our interaction over email was professional and efficient, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival at Sivota bay. The owner personally showed us to the residence, which added a nice personal touch to our stay.
Road Condition: Many reviews mention the poor condition of the road leading to the house. While it does look worse than it is, we got used to it after a couple of trips to and from Sivota bay. This small inconvenience is a minor trade-off for the beauty and comfort of the residence.
Overall Experience: Our stay at the Villa ECO Luxe was wonderful. The stunning views, luxurious amenities, and exceptional hospitality made for a memorable visit. We would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Sivota bay in comfort and style. If you’re considering a trip to Sivota bay, this house is totally worth it, despite the road condition. You won’t regret choosing this gem for your stay.

After a difficult first trip up to the villa, we had a brilliant holiday.
The views are spectacular. The road to the villa is OK once you get used to it.
Erez was very helpful.
We don’t tend to return to villas that we have been to before but we might return to this one next year.
Points to improve: A pair of binoculars would have been good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Eco Luxe. It was a perfect setup for seven people.
The views were spectacular! The villa was modern and clean, and everything worked, from the blackout shades to the AC in every room.
The showers were awesome with good water pressure (water is warmer in the afternoon because the water is heated via solar).
Communication with Rina and her team was flawless!
Getting to the villa is a bit of an adventure, but doable even without a 4 wheel drive. Navigation systems won’t get you there, so good thing Lee from Rina’s team met us at Sivota Harbor.
Be aware of the wasps though – they come out at dawn and dusk. Good thing there are screen doors.
We loved it and would come again.

Amazing experience for all the family! Even our teenagers woke up to see the sunrise.
The road is a little rocky but we learned to like the challenge 😉 it was definitely worth the view from the villa!
Rooms: Very spacious. High end design. All rooms have a pool exit.
Very well equipped.
We stopped at lidl on the way from the airport to stack up for the week

Villa Luxe Eco was a dream home waiting for us in Lefkada!
Superior quality luxury furnishing beautiful decor but most importantly excellent location on the hills overlooking Sivota bay.
This villa with very large pool was more than we expected and all of us enjoyed to the last minute(we didn’t want to leave…).
Erez was exceptional in communication and being available when needed, very polite and professional made us feel at home right away.
