Getting to the villas
Luxe villas are located on the mountainside overlooking Sivota Bay.
A few minutes’ drive from Sivota village, driving up the mountainside along a paved road with a few sections of flat dirt road will bring you to Luxe villas and the amazing panoramic views of Sivota Bay, the Ionian Sea, and the islands.
The road up to Luxe Villas is easily accessible to all cars, but for greater comfort on the flat dirt road, an SUV is recommended.
Get off the main road (Blue road) between Lefkada and Vasiliki towards Sivota (Red road)
Drive towards Sivota Bay (Red road) and turn right after 270 meters to the villas’ access road
Refer to the location of the Start of the villas’ access road on Google Maps
Follow the villas access road (Yellow road) for 1.4 km, make a sharp U-turn left, and continue following the Concrete road (Yellow road) for an additional 0.4 km until its end, and arrive at Luxe Villas.
Getting to Sivota
Sivota village is located on the south of Lefkada Island.
The road from Lefkas to Sivota is about 30 km long and the road goes along Lefkada’s beautiful coastline.
It takes about 45 minutes to drive from Lefkas town to Sivota.
Lefkas town, besides being the capital of Lefkada, is a portal to the island. It is connected with a bridge to the mainland making it fast and very easy to drive with a car to any point on the island without a need for a ferry.

Lefkada Island is part of the Ionian Islands in western Greece.
The island is accessible by car from the mainland, which gives a wide range of arrival possibilities.

The airport is located about 400km from Lefkas.
Mostly international flights land at Athens International Airport, and it operates all year long.
The most common means of transportation from Athens is by car or by bus operated by KTEL.

The airport is located 400km from Lefkas.
