We had a fabulous stay at Villa Luxe. Modern, clean minimalistic villa with excellent facilities. As everyone else has mentioned the drive is challenging but the views when you get there are stunning. Erez was lovely and responded immediately whenever we needed any information or advice.

Great location and a great host.
+ This is one of those places where you really need to visit again. The location is incredible, with fantastic views over the golf below. The villa is stocked with everything you need, and our host was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go.
– The road to the villa is a bit tricky, but you get used to it after a day.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect.
The view is breathtaking – scenery you can never get used to, both day and night. Truly amazing.
The villa is impeccably maintained to the highest standards. We have high expectations, and everything exceeded them.
It’s the most beautiful, well-equipped, and Instagram-worthy villa we’ve ever stayed in.

The villa is superb. Very tasteful furnishings. The pool and view from to Sivota Bay is near perfect. The only point of note is that the road up to the villa is a challenge and takes time and concentration but the villa and the view is worth it.

We had the most amazing family vacation with our 2 adult children staying at Villa Luxe in Lefkada. Driving up a dirt road for about 10 minutes, we arrived at our villa situated on the hillside of the quaint, picturesque Sivota Bay. Upon our arrival, we were left breathless with the most amazing views overlooking mountains, islands and the Ionian Sea. The villa is brand new and appointed with all the modern amenities and tasteful furnishings. Three equal sized bedrooms have comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms and showers. The villa manager was always ready to help and answer our questions. We had a great time going to the beautiful beaches of Lefkada, renting boats to spend the day out at sea discovering private coves and eating fantastic fresh food at the Greek tavernas. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better.
Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it.
Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

Well this is definitely a “will repeat”! The villa is tucked up a long track but when you arrive, the “wow” factor is huge!
We had a fabulous 11 nights at Villa Luxe. The view is breathtaking, the villa is modern luxury and very well equipped! Stunning infinity pool. Can’t fault it in any way!
Erez was very good at keeping in touch before and during our stay!
Will repeat!!!

Hosts are wonderful, excellent communication and very very helpful. The villa is nice, the view is stunning yet the location itself is not great. It is basically 15+ minute drive from anywhere on a rather difficult, mostly unpaved road. If you are willing to accept a less than ideal location as a tradeoff for excellent view – this is a good choice.

Luxe by name, luxe by nature.
Stunning views; wonderful place with every amenity possible.
Fully stocked kitchen. Beach Parasols were great!
Lee was amazing and looked after us really well.
We loved the resident kitten too…
Two things:
– Do not use google maps to get here…(and maybe stressing this to future guests would be helpful!!!)
– We had some issue with the hot water, which was sorted out very quickly by Lee.

A really wonderful stay at the Villa, thoroughly relaxing and incredibly well appointed with views to die for.
The initial drive to the Villa was quite hairy, but once you’ve done it once or twice, it becomes second nature.

Beautiful and well appointed villa.
Stunning views, photos don’t do it justice.
Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable.
Welcome basket on arrival. Enjoyed having a regular cleaning service.
Pool beautifully clean and exceptional poolside furniture.
10 minutes drive from the bay and it’s shops and restaurants.
Erez was a superb host. Exceptionally responsive.
Small issue with the water on occasion, which was quickly rectified.
Only other issue was the road up to the villa is steep and would recommend a sturdy car.

The view from the villa is realy amazing. The villa itself offers everything it promisses, is brandnew and is fully esuiped with anytjing you can think off. The owner and hostess are super and help you with all your needs at all time
As a small minor point, the road to the villa is a bit long and hard to drive

The villa was beautiful, all we expected and Athanasia the manager was a great help when we had some questions regarding anything! The view of course is the main draw in the pictures and in reality it is even more stunning! Great stay!! Thanks
